From incoming raw materials to batch testing, our quality process supports consistent activated carbon specifications.

Our quality control process covers incoming coal and coconut shell materials, critical production parameters, finished product testing and order documentation.

Agree the required specifications and test methods with our team so that each selected grade can be evaluated against the needs of your application.

## Raw Material Inspection

Incoming raw materials, including coal and coconut shell, are screened against the required material specifications before production.

## In-Process Control

Critical carbonization and activation parameters, including temperature and activation time, are monitored and controlled during production.

## Final Product Testing

Each finished activated carbon batch is analyzed in the laboratory for iodine adsorption, moisture content, particle size distribution and abrasion hardness.

## CoA & Traceability

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided with each order to document the tested batch and support traceability.

## Understand what the results tell you.

Evaluate indicators together with the intended use. One adsorption value does not describe performance for every contaminant.
