In-Process Control
Critical carbonization and activation parameters, including temperature and activation time, are monitored and controlled during production.
Final Product Testing
Each finished activated carbon batch is analyzed in the laboratory for iodine adsorption, moisture content, particle size distribution and abrasion hardness.
CoA & Traceability
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided with each order to document the tested batch and support traceability.
